We are still in Madrid and we hopped on and off our bus :). We went to the Sofia Reina museum where the surrealist art is like Dali and we saw lots of Picasso´s work. We visited other sights around Madrid. My favorite was the palace and the Cathedral which you will see atop. The first picture is a government building but I thought the architecture was so beautiful. I will attach a few fotos of each. We went and had a great dinner with some great Paella, tapas and Sangria. The traditional feast of Spain :). We also walked around the beautiful Plaza Mayor. We will miss Madrid but also ready for a new adventure to begin.

Too funny. I already sent you a comment that you should go visit Retiro park. I was also going to say something about the Reina Sofia museum b/c it was my favorite Madrid museum. But I thought, nah, they probably went to the Prado and wouldn't have time. How neat that you guys DID go to the Reina Sofia. I loved looking at all the Dali drawings and the large Guernica painting. You are bringing back so many memories for me!
